摘要
•SARS-CoV2/nCoV has ∼89% genetic resemblance with SARS-CoV.•Initially, spreader proteins are identified in the Human-SARS-CoV PPIN, using SIS model.•A fuzzy affinity function is used to construct the level-1 of nCoV-Human PPIN.•Level-2 human spreaders of nCoV-Human PPIN are subsequently identified using the SIS model.•Human-nCoV PPIN is finally validated using six potential FDA-listed drugs for COVID-19.
