Congenital Onset Of Neonatal Lupus Erythematosus

A term newborn from an asymptomatic mother was referred for a congenital periocular rash. Two annular and symmetrical red-brownish patches with overlying fine scales and raised margins arranged in an arcuate pattern were detected bilaterally around the orbital cavity.
