Abstract
Fifteen compounds were isolated and elucidated from S. riparia , among which two new compounds and 13 known compounds were isolated for the first time. These compounds covered phenylpropanoid glycosides, aurone glycosides, coumarin glycosides, daucosterol derivative, fatty acids, and methyl protodiosgenin glycosides. In addition, 24 compounds were tentatively identified by HPLC Triple TOF MS/MS. In the results of MTT assays, compound 4 showed good cytotoxicity toward A549 human lung adenocarcinoma cell line, SGC-7901 human gastric cancer cell line, SMMC-7721 hepatoma cell line, and Hela cell lines.
