44. Impact of Postoperative Care Tools and Techniques on Vaginal Reconstructive Procedure Outcomes

With a wide range of indications for and approaches to vaginoplasty, standard postoperative (PO) follow up has not yet been established, and is heavily individualized. Without standards, complications may have delayed recognition or go unnoticed and opportunities for counseling as patients age and evolve in their inquiry my go missed. The study goal was to evaluate PO practices to better understand existing models, when and how complications are uncovered and the documentation of reproductive outcomes.
