Abstract
Vascular anomalies of the female genital tract are the result of congenital errors in vessel morphogenesis that grow in proportion with the individual but can be hormonally stimulated during puberty and pregnancy. The International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies classifies vascular malformations by vessel type with lymphatic lesions of the vulva exceedingly rare.
