42. Complex Gynecologic Malformation in a Patient with Imperforate Anus with Rectovestibular Fistula: A Case Study
Journal of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology(2020)
摘要
The most common anorectal malformation (ARM) in girls is imperforate anus (IA) with rectovestibular fistula (RVF). Gynecologic malformations (GM) have been noted in 17-27% of this population. Despite the high incidence of GM, uterovaginal evaluation is rarely performed at the time of initial surgical repair for IA with RVF which may result in delayed diagnosis of GM. We present a case of a patient with a history of IA with RVF and unknown gynecologic anatomy presenting with pelvic abscess.
