•A computer program developed for simulating geothermal wellbore and scale deposition, applicable in two-phase flows.•Production condition during the wellbore is estimated, consisting of pressure, temperature, and enthalpy profiles.•The program can predict the scaling condition of Sulfate and Calcite minerals through the wellbore.•The depth of precipitation and also deposition could be reported by using the previous experimental and analytical equations.•The program can predict operational parameters by high accuracy, in both vertical and horizontal pipes.
