Abstract
Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is a rare cancer that usually affects young children. However, it is amongst the most common solid malignancy of childhood and the most common soft-tissue sarcoma presenting in childhood (1). This report describes a rare presentation of perineal RMS associated with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1).
