We investigated the quantity of HPV ctDNA for patients with HPV-associated oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) following surgical resection and stratified by post-op risk category and cancer recurrence status. The goal was to establish data on quantity of post-op ctDNA to inform future investigations utilizing HPV ctDNA in this setting.
