摘要
•The resolution of (R,S)-MOPE was firstly conducted with high concentration using PM1000-TiO2-lipase.•High conversion 49.1 % and excellent ee 99.1 % were attained.•PM1000-TiO2-lipase maintained 86.0 % relative activity after ten batch reactions.•A ping-pong Bi-Bi mechanism without inhibition model was fitted.
