Characteristic Analysis and Experimental Study on High Precision Micro Flow Gas Pressure Regulator

Focused on the high precision micro-flow gas pressure reducer, the structure characteristics of the pressure regulator are analyzed, the numerical analysis of the characteristics of the pressure regulator are carried out by the system engineering advanced modeling and simulation software (AMESim). At the same time, in order to verify the simulation results of the product, according to the characteristics of the product, a set of micro-performance testing equipment is developed for the experimental study. Finally, a high-precision micro-flow pressure reducer product is obtained by setting reasonable parameters.
