Effects of Cs+ Concentration on the Optical Properties and Stability of Perovskite Quantum Dots

In this paper, the CsPbBr3 quantum dot solid powder with excellent luminescence performance was prepared by using APTES and APTMS as silane by simple normal temperature method, and the influence of Cs+ concentration on its luminescence performance and stability was studied in detail. With the increase of Cs/Pb ratio, PL wavelength shows redshift slightly. Proper Cs/Pb ratio is crucial to quantum yield, and the stability of quantum dot powder is improved under Cs-rich condition. This work offers a good guideline for the preparation of CsPbBr3 quantum dot power for LED illumination and display. (C) 2020 The Electrochemical Society ("ECS").
