The effect of nutrient and phytohormone supplementation on the growth, pigment yields and biochemical composition of newly isolated microalgae

APOT_15.•Methyl Jasmonate treatment induced a dose-dependent increased pigments and lipids.•Salicylic acid treatment increased protein content in all strains.
