摘要

Human Polyomavirus 6 and 7 (HPyV7) have been reported in patients with a pruritic dyskeratotic eruption. Recent findings suggest a direct role of HPyV7 proteins in cutaneous disease (4). Studies reporting HPyV7 dyskeratotic dermatitis showed nucleotide deletions or insertions in the non-coding control region (NCCR) compared to HPyV7 genome (NC_014407) isolated from the skin of a human healthy volunteer.
