摘要
: We report a rare case of extensive pericardial calcifications most likely related to HIV-pericarditis, since all other causes, including infectious causes (especially tuberculous pericarditis), have been excluded. The Kaposi sarcoma was confined to both lower extremities, and even the therapy (antiretroviral therapy and later chemotherapy) is unlikely to have played a role in the cause of the pericarditis.
