摘要

•A representative wild type strain of CDV of the South America 2 clade was isolated.•Growth curves and biological behavior were studied on Vero SLAM cells.•The whole genome sequencing of the isolated strain was performed.•Three new H gene CDV wild type strain sequences were reported.
