The plasmon excitations in small lithium clusters: A time-dependent density functional theory study
Chemical Physics Letters(2020)
Abstract
•The formation of plasmon modes of small lithium clusters has been studied.•The linear and the three-dimensional lithium clusters have been studied by the TDDFT.•The energy and the intensity of excitation peaks well develop in the L and T modes.•The induced electron density shows a strong dependence on the size of clusters.
