Relationship between sclerostin and coronary tortuosity in postmenopausal females with non-obstructive coronary artery disease

•Coronary tortuosity (CT) is common with still obscure pathogenesis.•Sclerostin secretion is perturbed postmenopause and may be vasculoprotective.•High sclerostin levels were associated with the presence and severity of CT.•This finding may add to the literature on pathogenesis of CT.
