Abstract
Traditional method to detect the defect of distribution equipment depends heavily on the working experience of the technician and need a lot of manpower and material resources to manage operation and maintenance. To improve the automation level of laboratory management and equipment defect diagnosis, a distribution network simulation system based on cloud platform is proposed. This system includes five layers: Detection Instrument Data Acquisition layer, Cross-platform data acquisition and transformation layer, Power Big Data Analysis layer, Power Model Layer and Demonstration project construction layer. And as an application of distribution network simulation system based on cloud platform, a reliability evaluation model is presented. Firstly, the voltage, current, switching action and protection action of distribution terminal is obtained by detection instrument. And all the information will be changed and analyzed using kinds of analysis methods. Meanwhile a Time-Spatial-Source dimension coordinated reliability evaluation model is proposed. The Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) will used to find out the main the specific condition of the fault occurrence, which can provide scientific basis for preventive maintenance, elimination and discovery of the fault. Then the reliability improvement measures based on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is offered from the time dimension. In order to make the management of distribution equipment more intuitive and visibility, the demonstration project construction which can be used in the development and demonstration application of panoramic information display system for distribution network simulation also build in this system.
