The singular boundary method for solving Signorini problems

An effective singular boundary method (SBM) in conjunction with the implicit projection iterative method (IPIM) is developed and applied for solving Signorini problems. The IPIM is adopted to remove the nonlinearity of the Signorini problems. The SBM, which is a highly-effective boundary-only meshless method, is employed to solve the linear problems iteratively. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency and convergence of the proposed algorithm.
