A Multi-Segment Pushing Curve Synchronous Control System for Hydraulic Support

In order to push the scraper conveyer to be in alignment under the terrible work environment on the underground fully mechanized coal mining face, a multi-segment pushing curve synchronous control model was proposed, and the pushing curve segmentation and segmented curve classification are described in details. What's more, the key technologies of multi-segment pushing curve synchronous control system, such as pushing curve segmentation algorithm, parallel synchronous control approach and time consumed analysis, are presented. Finally, a multi-segment pushing curve synchronous control system for hydraulic support pushing control was developed, and an experiment is elaborated.
