摘要

This paper describes a design method of 10MHz~50GHz wide bandwidth microwave receiver front end module, expressly introduces the design method of the high IF wide bandwidth mixer. In this paper, the microwave receiver front end module realize the receiver of 10MHz~50GHz ultra-wideband microwave signal, and transform it to 0.2GHz ~ 3.5GHz, the total gain up to 40dB.Use the means of hybrid integration reduce the design difficulty and improve the reliability of the circuit system.
