Abstract
Leiomyosarcoma of the Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) is a rare smooth muscle neoplasm for which surgical resection remains the gold standard treatment in non-metastatic disease. We present an atypical case of leiomyosarcoma involving both the IVC and infrarenal abdominal aorta.
