Motor effects of deep brain stimulation correlate with increased functional connectivity in Parkinson's disease: An MEG study.
NeuroImage: Clinical(2020)
摘要
•The mechanism of action of DBS on Parkinson's disease symptoms is not well understood.•Stimulation influenced whole-brain magnetoencephalography power spectra and connectivity.•Improvement in bradykinesia/rigidity correlated with increased beta band connectivity.•From a whole-brain perspective, beta band interactions may therefore be considered as pro-kinetic.
