On the validity of the independent interaction model for generation of dynamic Stark-induced degenerate states in chiral aromatic ring molecules

•Examination for the validity of the independent interaction model (IIM).•Dynamic Stark-induced degenerate state (DSIDS) is formed by two non-resonant lasers.•Coherent angular momentum is created through DSIDS to identify molecular chirality.•A simplified method considering explicit interactions is applied to generate DSDIS.
