摘要

•Our results offer an effective route to improve the understanding of multi-domain phase transitions of a SRT process in exchange-coupled multilayer films.•This work may facilitate the development of future fast switching spintronic devices, such as magnetic random access memory and logic devices.•The multi-domain phase changes were clearly revealed by the 2D and 3D FORC diagrams.
