摘要
•We present a new resonance frequency selective electromagnetic actuation technique.•Multiple tactile elements are actuated using one single coil.•This technique allows low-cost implementation of high-resolution displays.•A prototype is manufactured using 3D-printed tactile elements and off-the-shelf coils.•This prototype demonstrates 100 % increase in resolution (from 16 to 32 taxels).
