Intelligent Orthopedic Vest Based on Flexible Tactile Sensor

In this paper, a capacitive flexible tactile sensor has been designed by using PORON material and conductive film. It has the characteristics of small size, high flexibility and good pressure detection ability. At the same time, the sensor has been used to reconstruct the traditional orthopaedic vest. According to the change of tactile pressure, the posture of human body is detected, and the classification of normal, hunchback, left-leaning and right-leaning postures is completed in real time. If the user is in abnormal posture, it will give a vibration warning.
