Abstract
扁桃体恶性肿瘤临床不少见,占耳鼻喉科恶性肿瘤的2.4％[1],约占全身恶性肿瘤的1.3％～5.0％[2].主要病理类型包括癌、侵袭型淋巴瘤、肉瘤、恶性黑色素瘤及其他恶性肿瘤[3].肉瘤样癌(sarcomatoid carcinoma,SC),又称梭形细胞癌,临床较少见,是既含有上皮性癌又有肉瘤样间质的恶性肿瘤,镜下可见明确的癌细胞和恶性梭形细胞、多形性细胞.肉瘤样癌偶可见于肺、食管、乳腺、喉和胆囊,在口腔、肝、膀胱、甲状腺、肾、鼻窦也有报道[4].扁桃体肉瘤样癌临床罕见,我科收治1例,现报告如下.
