Management of epileptic seizures in school-age children: Educational project dedicated to school staff.

•Epileptic seizures (ES) in out-hospital setting are a major worry for caregivers and parents. ES at school should be treated by school staff.•“School is not afraid of seizures” is a project dedicated to school staff for the management of ES, use of rescue drugs, and increase of safety.•The educational training of school staff significantly implemented their knowledge on management of acute seizures in the school settings.•A good knowledge of epilepsy by school staff increases the children’s safety and might reduce unnecessary calls to the emergency health number.
