Halcyon clinical performance evaluation: A log file-based study in comparison with a C-arm Linac.

•The mechanical accuracy of MLC between a Halcyon and a TrueBeam have been compared, presenting similar performance.•Analysis showed improvement in gantry positioning accuracy in Halcyon compared to TrueBeam.•Dosimetric accuracy of the mechanical variations between two Linacs are comparable.
