Accuracy and trending of non-invasive oscillometric blood pressure monitoring at the wrist in obese patients.

•Non-invasive blood pressure monitoring in obese patients is challenging.•Arm, forearm and wrist non-invasive readings were compared to invasive pressure.•Wrist measurement had the highest correlation and least bias with invasive pressure.•Wrist cuff inflation time was the shortest followed by forearm, then arm.
