By combining the heuristic method of theory teaching with the practice of scientific research, this paper proposes an algorithm for calculating the direction angle of the mast and predicting the occlusion path according to the position of the ship and the path of the ship. This method can be based on the position of the ship. The direction angle range of satellite communication occlusion is quickly calculated. According to this range, the ship can avoid occlusion by adjusting the direction angle of the ship. At the same time, the method can calculate the specific path of satellite communication occlusion according to the ship's course, which can be prepared for satellite communication occlusion in advance.
