Lactational exposure of polybrominated diphenyl ethers and its association with infant developmental measurements.

•Fetal growth restriction infants had a higher lactational exposure level of PBDEs compared to healthy infants.•Fetal growth restriction infants had a faster growth speed compared to healthy infants.•PBDE exposure was negatively associated with the head circumference and body length of fetal growth restriction infants.•Boys were more sensitive to PBDE than girls.
