摘要
•Tree-structured convolutional gated recurrent unit (ConvGRU) is proposed to explicitly model the topological structure of the coronary artery.•An end-to-end deep learning-based framework is presented to accurately segment coronary arteries from 3D CCTA data.•Four large-scale CCTA datasets are employed to extensively evaluate the performance of the proposed framework.
