摘要
•ZnO hollow microspheres and rGO nanosheets are coupled together.•The hollow structure of ZnO improves the light utilization.•The selective electron conductivity of rGO promotes the charge carrier separation.•Obviously improved H2 evolution performance is achieved by ZnO/rGO hybrid system.•A possible mechanism of enhancement is proposed.
