Postural balance, muscle strength, and history of falls in end-stage renal disease patients living with a kidney transplant: A cross-sectional study.

•ESRD patients living with a KT reported a high prevalence of falls in the past year.•Falls may worsen quality of life and the burden of disease in this patient group.•Postural balance (CoP velocity) was associated with increased odds of falling.•IK ankle dorsiflexion strength was also associated with increased odds of falling.
