锌二次电池负极用碳包覆纳米氧化锌材料的 凝胶前驱体的碳化制备与性能

Abstract
针对碱性二次锌电池负极活性物质碳包覆后容量较低的不足,采用一步热处理凝胶前驱体制备锌负极用碳包覆纳米ZnO(nano-ZnO@C)材料,研究其微观结构与电化学性能.结果表明,所获ZnO及nano-ZnO@C具体多孔分层结构,其原始颗粒尺寸约100 nm.相比于商业氧化锌和所制备纯ZnO而言,nano-ZnO@C作为锌负极时具有更高的电化学活性、更低的内阻和更好的循环稳定性,放电比容量可达622 mA·h/g.其主要原因在于碳包覆纳米ZnO材料在维持负极活性物质高利用率的同时,能抑制锌枝晶的生长与电极的致密化.
