Abstract
大疱性类天疱疮(BP)是一种机体产生抗皮肤基底膜带抗体导致真表皮分离引起的皮肤水疱大疱性皮肤病,可累及黏膜.临床工作中发现,BP患者合并血栓和出血等疾病的可能增加,但目前关于BP与凝血的关系尚未明确.国内外研究显示,BP既可合并凝血功能亢进导致血栓风险提高,也可能出现抗凝血因子抗体,导致出血风险提高.BP患者发生出凝血疾病,可能与嗜酸性粒细胞、 抗凝血因子抗体、 纤溶系统亢进或抑制有关.
