Abstract
•The increase in temperature and ethanol favored the increase of extraction yield.•The amount of oleic acid obtained was similar to that found in olive oil.•The amount of oil obtained ranged from 19.2 to 33.1 %.•There was variation in the amount of sitosterol and tocopherols.•The best conditions evaluated were 60 °C and 6 % ethanol as cosolvent.
