摘要

•The outcome of video-EEG monitoring in a new VA EMU is different from the typical academic EMU.•The proportion of inconclusive studies is higher.•We found no surgical or neuromodulation candidates.•Based on the above, in order to increase the yield, patient-selection criteria for video-EEG may have to be better defined.
