De Winter Syndrome And Dynamic Ecg Evolvement

De Winter pattern is a rare manifestation in electrocardiogram (ECG), characterized by upsloping ST segment depression, tall and symmetric T waves in the precordial leads, indicating the total or subtotal occlusion of proximal left anterior descending artery (pLAD). Previous case reports believed that this pattern in ECG was a stable condition without dynamic evolvement. However, our case report reveals the existence of dynamic evolvement in de Winter pattern.
