The application of high power switching power supply has become more and more important. Single power module is difficult to meet the requirements of production work. In this paper, DC output is realized directly by Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Generator with several three-phase rectifier modules in parallel. Current-sharing technology is the core of uniform current distribution in parallel modules. Because the current sharing control in the simulated mode has a wide range of bandwidth, and there are large number of discrete components in analog circuits, the circuits are susceptible to external environment and increase the instability factors. In this paper, a digital current sharing control method based on CAN bus is proposed. If one of the power supply modules fails, there is no effect on the other modules of the whole parallel system, and the status of each power module is equal. Moreover, the digital current sharing control technology has the advantages of less discrete devices, easy to maintain and upgrade. At the same time, the simulation model is built by Saber, and the rectifier arm of each power supply module is analyzed by Fluent. The results of circuit and thermal analysis show that the current-sharing control method is effective.
