摘要
In this paper, a nano-structured device is designed using two adjacent graphene-based waveguides which is capable of confining an incident light-wave at the deep nano-scale. The Fermi energy of graphene in both waveguides are tuned by electrostatic gating, providing an active control on the working frequency of the device.
