Abstract
The lead wire, ventilation and heat dissipation of the electrical equipment need to be opened on the surface of the shield. At the same time, the high-temperature superconductor is mainly ceramic, which is brittle, and it is not easy to make a large-sized shield, and there is also a slit. Therefore, the shield is likely to result in electromagnetic wave leakage and affect the shielding effect of the shield. The purpose of this paper is to identify a suitable repair solution for shields of different materials. First, the iron, copper and YBCO shields with a slit on the bottom surface of the shield were repaired with three materials: iron, copper and YBCO. Then, by comparing their shielding effectiveness and repairing efficiency, it is found that the frequency of the excitation source, the location of the crack and the repairing method all affect the repair effect of the magnetic shielding. The results demonstrate that the best effect can be obtained by repairing the Fe material at the low frequency and the repairing with the Cu material at high frequencies, regardless of the material. Therefore, it provides a certain theoretical and experimental basis for the repair design of electromagnetic shielding slit magnetic shield.
