Abstract
目的 总结近年来miRNA在调控脂肪干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)分化中的研究进展.方法 查阅近年来与miRNA和ADSCs分化调控相关的文献,详细分析其调节机制,并进行综述.结果 在ADSCs分化过程中,miRNA的表达会改变,并且miRNA可通过调节细胞分化相关的信号通路,调控ADSCs定向分化为脂肪细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞、神经细胞、肝细胞等.结论 利用miRNA对ADSCs分化的调控作用,构建出符合需求的组织工程种子细胞,用于临床分子靶向治疗和干细胞治疗.
