Study on the removal mechanism of chemically bonded chloride ions in concrete under electric field

In order to study the effect of electrochemical dechlorination on chemically bound chloride ions in cement paste, the cement paste with Friedel's salt was prepared by aluminate cement doped with NaCl. Chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction phase analysis, and scanning electron microscope were used to compare and analyze. The results show that, at electric field, the Friedel's salt can be decomposed to cubic C(3)AH(6), and the microstructure becomes looser; The higher voltage can make the better the dechlorination effects, but the more destructive; The destructiveness of the surrounding slurry is greater than that away from the steels.
