Abstract
•Carbon tetragon brings non-equivalent path for two spin transport channels resulting spin polarization.•Asymmetric edge hydrogenation allows the device to achieve spatially separated spin carriers and stable spin transporting.•The model we proposed can serve as the most basic logic device.
