摘要
Complete blood count is considered as an important baseline test for NDMM. The RDW, the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelets-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR) and absolute lymphocyte count (ALC) have been shown to be associated with adverse prognosis in several malignancies including hematologic diseases. However, there are limited reports in the literature regarding the use of these parameters as prognostic markers for MM. AIM The aim of our study was to investigate the prognostic value of these parameters in our cohort of patients with NDMM, in terms of overall survival (OS) and progression free survival (PFS).
