Force-Thermal Coupling Analysis Of Control System Cots Components

This paper introduces the force-thermal coupling analysis for the customer-off-the-shelf (COTS) components using in the spacecraft control system. Because of the severe space environment, the spacecraft needs to work in the complex forces-thermal environment. Therefore, the structure of the COTS components of the control system will be deformed; then, the precision of the control system is reduced. In this case, the structural distortion of the COTS component using in the complex forces-thermal environment is the focus in this paper. First, the thermal field and the force field are coupled for the COTS component, and boundary conditions and initial conditions are designed. Second, the finite element method is introduced for the structure analysis in the force-thermal coupling field. Then, ANSYS is used to analyze the force-thermal coupling effect for the COTS component of the control system of the spacecraft.
